US Orders
Ships in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days.

International Orders
Ships in 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7-10 business days.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy for a refund, store credit or exchange if the items have not been damaged by the customer.

Returns for items bought on sale are refunded via store credit.

Items bought on clearance are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • We offer Free Shipping for all U.S. orders over $120
  • Please allow processing time of 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped.
  • Order processing times are slightly longer during sale events and holidays.
  • Packages are shipped via USPS and usually take between 3-7 business days to be delivered for U.S. orders and 7-10 business days for international orders. 

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed or contact us at support@tribalbyn.com

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is your correct address. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, TribalbyN will not refund your order or offer a replacement.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

  • If you haven't received your package or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please let us know.
  • We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

  • TribalbyN does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
