- I signed up for the newsletter, but didn’t get a code.
When you sign up for our newsletter you'll receive an email to confirm subscription. After you confirm subscription you'll receive another email with your coupon code, if you don't see it immediately please check your junk/spam mail. You can also try and subscribe again, as you may have spelt your email address incorrectly. If you still don’t see it please contact us at email@example.com and we will be glad to help you.

- Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately not, all transactions are made online thorough our website.
- I can’t log into my account?
If you can’t log in to your account, you probably didn’t create one yet, email us at email@example.com and we will be glad to help you.
- What is your shipping policy?
- I need my order by a specific date.
If you need your order by a certain day, you need to contact us before ordering to make sure it’s possible to get the item in time.
- I ordered a Pre-order item, when will it ship?
Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description. If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost.
- Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
- What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS & DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
- How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- How do I cancel an order?

- I have not received my order.
If after contacting your local post office service (USPS or DHL), you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at email@example.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. - What locations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide!
- What are the International shipping rates?
International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (standard/express), number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the item, and the destination location/region. International shipping will be calculated during checkout by Border fee.
- What is the delivery timeframe for my International order?
In-stock items generally ship from our fulfillment center within 2-4 business days and arrive within 4-13 business days after your order is received. ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
