It is our intention that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy, we accept returns for refunds or exchanges for any reason within 14 days from the day you received your package.

  • Returns for items bought on sale are refunded via store credit. A refund is not permitted.
  • Items bought on clearance are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our Return/Exchange Policy last 14 days from the day your package was delivered.
  • Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit or refund.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable. TribalbyN will only refund shipping cost if there was an error in your order.

 

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7  business days of receiving the item, however your refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the transaction. This will vary from bank to bank.
